Connecting People With the Ocean

Bucea Baja Norte is a professional SSI and TDI certified dive center located at Calle Ignacio Zaragoza 8537 #3, Zona Centro, Tijuana, Baja California — just minutes from the US border crossing. We were founded with a clear mission: to make the underwater world accessible to everyone in the cross-border community of Tijuana and San Diego.

Our bilingual team of certified SSI and TDI professionals offers training for all experience levels, from supervised first dives in the pool to advanced technical certifications in the open Pacific. We believe the ocean transforms lives, and we bring that conviction into every class, every dive, and every student we guide toward certification.

As the most credentialed member of our team, he leads instructor development at Bucea Baja Norte, mentors new instructors across multiple agencies, and sets the standards that define every course we offer.
